1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the dig88 website, mobile platform, and all services offered under the dig88 brand (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety.

2Eligibility

To register and use dig88 you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. dig88 operates a strict 21+ policy with no exceptions. Players who misrepresent their age will have their accounts closed and any winnings forfeited.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity. Registering on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete personal information at registration, including your real name, date of birth, and mobile number. dig88 may request supporting identity documents at any stage under its KYC policy.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on dig88 or have had a previous dig88 account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You must not be an employee, director, contractor, or close family member of an employee or contractor of dig88 or any of its affiliated companies or software providers.

dig88 reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to request documentation proving your identity and age. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

3Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold only one active dig88 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will be closed immediately upon detection. The following rules apply to all dig88 accounts:

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. dig88 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials.
• You must notify dig88 customer support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation.

• Accounts showing signs of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or systematic exploitation of promotions will be investigated and may be suspended without prior notice while the investigation is ongoing.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

dig88 supports a range of local Bangladesh payment methods for deposits and withdrawals. All financial transactions on the Platform are subject to the following terms:

• The minimum deposit is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. dig88 reserves the right to adjust minimum and maximum transaction limits at any time.
• Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your dig88 wallet in real time for standard transactions. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the issuing bank's processing times.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. dig88 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered under your account name.
• All deposits must be funded from payment sources held in your own name. Deposits made from payment sources belonging to another person are prohibited and will be returned minus any applicable processing fees.
• dig88 is not responsible for any delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, banking infrastructure, or technical issues outside of dig88's control.
• dig88 may request additional verification documentation before approving any withdrawal request. Withdrawal approval may be withheld until KYC verification is complete to dig88's satisfaction.

dig88 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals made via bKash and Nagad. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside dig88's control.

5Bonuses and Promotions

dig88 offers bonuses and promotions to eligible members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier will be stated clearly on the relevant promotion page.
• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are not withdrawable until the wagering requirement has been satisfied in full.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new members only and may be claimed once per household and once per IP address. Any attempt to claim a welcome bonus more than once using different accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account closure.
• Free spins issued as part of a promotion are valid for the specified game only and expire after the period stated in the promotion terms. Expired free spins cannot be reinstated.
• dig88 reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice if there is evidence of abuse, if there is a technical error in the promotion setup, or if continued offering of the promotion is no longer commercially viable.
• Bonus funds may not be used to meet the minimum deposit requirement for a subsequent bonus. Stacking bonuses is not permitted unless the relevant promotion explicitly states otherwise.

6Game Rules and Fair Play

All games on the dig88 platform are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology supplied by licensed third-party game providers. The following rules apply to gameplay on dig88:

• Game results are determined solely by the RNG system and cannot be influenced by dig88, its employees, or any third party. dig88 does not manipulate game outcomes under any circumstances.
• In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error during a game round, the round will be settled according to the game provider's official error-resolution procedure. dig88's decision on the outcome of any disputed round is final.
• Sports betting markets are settled according to official results from the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for international cricket, BPL official results for Bangladesh Premier League fixtures). dig88 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where the outcome was known at the time of placement.
• Maximum bet limits apply per game, per round, and per event. dig88 reserves the right to void bets placed above the published maximum limits for any market.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on dig88 and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all funds held in the account:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in registering a duplicate account, for the purpose of claiming multiple welcome bonuses or circumventing any Platform rule.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to place bets, navigate the Platform, exploit game mechanics, or otherwise interact with dig88 services without human input.
• Colluding with other players to fix the outcome of any game, sports event, or betting market, or communicating information to another player that provides an unfair advantage during a live game.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, including proceeds of fraud, theft, or any form of financial crime, or using dig88 to launder money or otherwise circumvent anti-money-laundering regulations.
• Exploiting any software bug, error, or misconfigured market to place bets at odds that do not reflect the true intended market price. Any winnings derived from exploitation of a pricing error will be voided without exception.

8Responsible Gaming

dig88 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to players seriously. dig88 is strictly for players aged 21 and above. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered members:

• Deposit limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account at any time via account settings. A reduction in your deposit limit takes effect immediately. An increase in your deposit limit is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: You may configure session duration reminders to alert you after a set period of continuous play. Reminders are accessible in your account settings.
• Cooling-off period: You may request a temporary suspension of your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period your account will be inaccessible for betting and deposit purposes but you may still withdraw any available balance.
• Self-exclusion: You may request permanent self-exclusion from dig88 at any time by contacting customer support. Once self-exclusion is activated it cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months. dig88 will take reasonable steps to prevent the re-registration of self-excluded players.

9Account Suspension and Termination

dig88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. The following circumstances may result in account suspension or termination:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to eligibility violations, prohibited conduct, or provision of false information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by dig88 following a verification request.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity in connection with your dig88 account, whether or not a formal investigation has been initiated.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more. dig88 will attempt to contact the account holder before applying any inactivity policy. Any remaining real-money balance may be subject to inactivity fees after the applicable notice period.

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dig88 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any financial loss not directly caused by a proven technical error on the part of dig88.

dig88 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, free from errors, or free from malicious code at all times. dig88 will make reasonable efforts to maintain service availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practicable.

11Intellectual Property

All content on the dig88 Platform, including but not limited to the dig88 brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, text, game interfaces, and promotional materials, is the exclusive property of dig88 or its licensed content providers. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any dig88 content without prior written authorisation. Any unauthorised use of dig88 intellectual property may result in legal action.

12Privacy

Your use of the dig88 Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data. 13Amendments to These Terms

dig88 may revise these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your account.

14Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be construed and governed in accordance with applicable law.
